Great for use on tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant and other vegetables and fruits, there are 5 blades included: V slicer, V wavy slicer, fine shredder, coarse shredder, and grater. Plus, two different widths of julienne blades are located on the body of the unit and can be used by turning a dial on the side. Mandolines provide even-width slicing and this unit allows for thickness ranging from 1mm to 9mm. There's a safety blade food holder and even a citrus juicer attachment that connects to it. It's dishwasher safe and only available at Home Hardware.
