FAKRO Smart Attic Ladders save space while providing convenient storage and access to the attic. Fully assembled and ready to install, this 8' ladder is great for use for attic, loft, carport, garage or cabin. Once installed, hardware is fully concealed and the lid is paintable to match any ceiling colour. Non-insulated, it is easy open/close and features a unique offset spring bar designed to lock the ladder in either the up or down position, select pine steps and rails, and steps grooved for slip-resistance.
